Garth Tander - Team Owner/Engineer
Garth has been involved in motor racing since he was 8 years old. Whilst most of his involvement has been behind the steering wheel, Garth worked for a couple of years as a race mechanic for the WA based Formula Ford team, Fastlane Racing, before landing a professional drive within V8 Supercars.
Brett Lupton - #1 Mechanic/Engineer
Brett started his motorsport career as a Formula 3 race mechanic at Eddie Jordan Racing in the UK in the 1980's. Following that, Lupton worked for Leyton House and Brabham Formula One teams. He also spent some time in the United States with the Andretti family’s Super Vee operation.
In 1992, Lupton moved to Perth and formed Fastlane Racing Drivers School. Since then, the school has become recognized as one of the top racing schools in the nation. Fastlane’s most famous alumni to date is none other than Garth Tander.
Brett was also part of Aaron Caratti's 2005 Australian Formula 3 Championship winning team.
Louis Kapitsis - Data Engineer
Louis started out working in Super Tourers for drivers such as Justin Mathews and Bob Holden. He then spent some time working in South East Asia on Super Tourers. Throughout this time Louis slowly worked his way from race mechanic to data engineer as data became a more integral part of motor sport.
After taking a break from motor sport for a couple of years, Louis returned to the scene in early 2000's in V8 Supercars. He since moved into Formula 3, and was also part of Caratti's championship winning team.
